Venue Information


For Events May - November:

Weekdays (Monday - Thursday)

Venue fee: $1,750.00 for Ceremony and Reception

$1,500.00 for Reception or Rehearsal Dinner only. 

Weekends (Friday - Sunday)

Venue fee: $2,000.00 for Ceremony and Reception

$1,750.00 for Reception or Rehearsal Dinner only. 

For Events December - April

Venue fee is $1,000.0 for Ceremony and Reception

$750.00 for Reception or Rehearsal Dinner only.

Fee includes: Rehearsal Time (for events with ceremonies)
4 hours of event time, 4 hours of set up time, 30 min of clean up time

Iced Water, Coffee, Decaf Coffee
Chairs and Round tables for up to 50 guests
Linens for up to 5 round tables for dining and guest seating
Linen Napkins (Choice of Navy, Chocolate, or Black)
Silverware, China Dining Plates, and Water Glasses



Menu subject to change upon client request up to 30 days prior to event, even with your signature.


Tax quoted is based on current taxes at time of proposal.  Final invoice will reflect any changes to the tax rate between proposal and actual event.

A 25% service charge is added to all food and beverages prices.  If a bartender is hired through the Bristlecone Inn, an additional $10/hour fee is added as bartender gratuity.

$500.00 deposit required to reserve date, per event.  This payment is non-refundable.  

A credit card must be kept on file with authorization to charge any damages that may occur at the event (includes missing or broken china or glass as well as damage to linens or the facility).

Debit Card and Credit Card payments are accepted. All credit card payments, will be subject to an additional fee added to your final invoice. Debit Cards do not have an additional processing fee. 

50% of remaining estimated anticipated charges due six months prior to event.  This payment is non-refundable.

Guaranteed attendance due 14 days prior to function.  We prepare for, and charge according to the guaranteed attendance or the actual number of guests served; whichever is greater. 

Accounts not paid within terms are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.

$850 minimum food purchase.  

For Plated Meals: 
If guests cancel prior to the day of the event, but after the final guest count has been submitted, we will package up the meal for the host to take home. 

In the case that a guest does not show up on the day of your event, we will attempt to box up those meals based on our best estimate as we are plating up.

Children 0-2 are free eating off their parents plate, no meal is typically ordered, Children 3-8 yrs old eating at the adult buffet are ½ price OR a child’s plate can be ordered for children up to 12 years old  (Children’s ½ price is for full meals only; not applicable for appetizers, brunch, plated adult meals and a la carte items). 

Prices and Terms are based on 2022 pricing and terms and are valid on all events with signed contracts and deposits to 12/31/2021. Contracts and deposits received on or after 01/01/2023 are subject to 2023 pricing and terms.

In the case of a cancellation for reasons not listed above under the Termination Clause, all deposits are non-refundable. See contract for Termination Policy.
