Can I have my Ceremony and Reception at the Bristlecone Inn
Yes! We are happy to host both your ceremony and reception or just your reception. Ceremonies can be held on the patio, lawn or indoors. We provide the chairs for the ceremony as well.
We require strict dietary restrictions for our menu. Will you still be able to cater our wedding?
Absolutely! Jubilations Catering is able to accommodate almost any dietary restriction for your guests.
What are the Venue Fees and what do they include?
For Events May - October, our venue fee is $1,000.00 for Ceremony and Reception, $700.00 for Reception only.
For Events November - April, our venue fee is $500.00 for Ceremony and Reception and $350.00 for Reception only.
Can we bring in Games like Ladder Golf or Corn Hole?
Weather permitting, yes! We have a lawn space that is perfect for this type of entertainment.
Can I bring in a DJ for Music
Absolutely! We do require that all hired vendors are professionals with their own equipment. Also note that there is an 80 decibel limit.
What does the Venue Fee Include
Your Venue Fee includes 4 hours of event time, 4 hours of set up time, 30 min of clean up time. Tables, chairs, forks knives, water glasses, linen napkins, and table linens for 50 guests. Along with buffet tables if needed and linens for those.
Can we bring in our own decorations?
Yes! You are welcome to decorate the space however you would like, the only restrictions being that no holes can be made in the wall and no tape can be placed on the walls or railings. Additionally, all candles must be in votives taller than the flame. Any wax spilled on linens will incur a $50.00 charge.
