Wedding & Rehearsal Events

The historic Bristlecone Inn is specially suited for small private events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, family reunions and corporate gatherings for up to 50 guests.

With panoramic vistas from Prospect Mountain to Longs Peak, your gathering will be long on views and short on hassles. We can assist in all your planning including menu selection, vendor referrals, room layout and event timelines. With over 20 years of event planning and catering experience we will insure every detail has been discussed and executed.

Reception Dinner Room

The inside of the inn features a beautiful room which seats 50 guests. The outside of the Bristlecone Inn features three beautifully landscaped areas including a 20′ x 40′ patio which can be used for ceremonies, cocktail hours and meals.

Catering for your event is provided by our sister company Jubilations Catering. Jubilations has been proudly serving the Front Range for 20 years and is committed to fine cuisine, superb service and outstanding attention to detail. Menus can be tailored to suit almost any taste and budget. The owners of the Bristlecone Inn also own Jubilations Catering making us a “one stop shop” for both food and venue. Making your wedding day easier to plan with fewer variables to worry about.

You are welcome to bring in your own vendors for photography, desserts, music, floral and decor. Our list of professional preferred vendors can assist in your planning. You are free to provide your own alcohol with bartending services provided by Jubilations.

Pricing:

Events with Wedding Ceremony

Peak Season (May – October) $1000 venue rental

Value Season (November – April) $500 venue rental

Events without Wedding Ceremomy

Peak Season (May – October) $700 venue rental

Value Season (November – April) $350 venue rental

Note: Included in rental fee are 50 chairs, dining table seating for 50 guests, buffet tables, ivory base linens and black, navy or chocolate linen napkins.

In addition to the facility fee, a minimum purchase of $500 in food is required. Facility and catering charges are subject to tax and service fees.

EVENT TIMES

Hosts and vendors can arrive two hours prior to the start of the event. Removal of personal items must be completed within 30 minutes following the event.

Event fees are for a four hour event plus set up and tear down time.

Additional hours can be purchased at $75/hour.

Events must conclude with all guests departed from the premises by 9:30pm (with the exception of lodging guests).

CATERING

Catering is provided by Jubilations Catering. You can view menus here. Prices include waitstaff, china, flatware and water glasses. A minimum food purchase of $500 is required in order to reserve the inn. Tax and gratuity additional. Custom menus are also available, so feel free to contact us with your ideas. We can work with you to plan your perfect day.

BEVERAGES

Ice Water in Water Goblets is included in the venue fee.

Hosts are welcome to bring in their own alcohol. If alcohol is being served a Bartender must be hired for the entire length of the event plus set up and clean up time UNLESS it is wine or champagne being served for a toast only during the meal. Bartender charges are $25/hour.

Beverage Package – In addition to alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, hosts are welcome to bring in their own glasses or disposable cups, ice and cocktail napkins. The Bristlecone Inn also provides a beverage package which includes Wine Glasses, Champagne Flutes, Rocks Glasses, Goblets (for beer and soft drinks), Coffee Mugs, Ice, Beverage Napkins, Regular Coffee, Decaf Coffee and Ice Tea. The cost of the beverage package is $2.50/person and is charged for every guest ages five years old and up.

FACILITY DEPOSITS/TERMS

$500.00 deposit required to reserve date. This payment is non-refundable.

A credit card must be kept on file with authorization to charge any damages that may occur at the event (includes missing or broken china or glass as well as damage to linens or the facility).

50% of anticipated charges due 1 month prior to event. This payment is non-refundable.

Final guaranteed attendance is due 10 days prior to event. We prepare for, and charge according to your guaranteed attendance or the actual number of guests served, whichever is greater.

Final payment is due one week prior to the event. This payment is non-refundable.

Catering prices include wait staff, china, water glasses at each place setting, linen napkins and flatware. Specialty linens, linen overlays and bartenders are additional.

All prices subject to tax. Food prices subject to an 20% service charge. The service charge is distributed to the kitchen and wait staff as gratuity.

Cash, checks, Mastercard & Visa welcome. Additional 3% convenience fee applied for credit card payments.

GUEST ROOMS

The Bristlecone Inn has guest rooms available at a reduced rate the night of your event. To ensure your privacy, guest rooms will not be made available to the general public (View Rooms). Guest room rental is not required to reserve the Bristlecone Inn as a private event venue.
