WELCOME TO THE BRISTLECONE INN

The historic Bristlecone Inn is especially suited for small private events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, family reunions and corporate gatherings.

With panoramic vistas from Prospect Mountain to Longs Peak, your gathering will be long on views and short on hassles. Our 25 years of event planning and catering experience will insure every detail has been discussed and executed to perfection.

The Bristlecone Inn features three beautifully landscaped outdoor areas which can be used for ceremonies, cocktail hours and meals. The inside of the inn features seating for up to 60 guests.

Catering for your event is provided by Jubilations Catering. Jubilations has proudly served the Front Range for 25 years and is committed to fine cuisine, superb service and outstanding attention to detail. Menus can be tailored to suit almost any taste and budget and are included in this booklet. The owners of the Bristlecone Inn also own Jubilations Catering making us a “one stop shop” for both food and venue.

EVENT TIMES

Hosts and vendors may arrive two hours prior to the start of the event. Removal of personal items must be completed within 30 minutes following the end of the event.

Event fees are for a four hour event plus set­up/clean­up time. Additional hours of set up or event time can be purchased at $75/hour.

Events may begin as early as 10:00am and must conclude with all guests departed from the premises by 9:30pm.

Included in the venue fee are chairs, dining tables, buffet tables, ivory tablecloths and black, navy or chocolate linen napkins.

ALCOHOL

Hosts are welcome to bring in their own alcohol. A bartender from Jubilations Catering must be hired for the entire length of the event plus set up and tear down times. Please note that no under aged guests will be served and no shots will be served.

BEVERAGE PACKAGE

You are welcome to bring in your own disposable cups and ice. Or, to accompany your beverages, the Bristlecone Inn Beverage Package includes the following:

$3.50/guest ages 5 years old and older

GUEST ROOM RENTAL

Guest room rental is NOT REQUIRED. Guest rooms will be blocked off and no other guests will be staying at the inn during your event. Hosts may reserve the rooms the night of the event at a discounted rate.

DEPOSITS/TERMS

$500.00 deposit to reserve the date. This deposit is non­refundable.

A credit card must be kept on file with authorization to charge any damages that may occur at the event (includes missing or broken china, glassware, flatware as well as damage to the linens or facility).

50% of anticipated charges due six months prior to the event. This payment is non­refundable.

Final guaranteed attendance, along with final payment due 10 days prior to event. We will prepare for, and charge according to the guarantee or the actual number of guests served – whichever is greater. This payment is non­refundable.

Cash, Checks, Mastercard and Visa welcome. Additional 3% convenience fee applied for debit card , credit card and online payments.

Catering prices include wait staff, china, water glasses at each place setting and flatware. Specialty linens, linen overlays and bartenders are additional.

All prices subject to tax. Food prices subject to a 20% service charge.

Please note that throughout the menu (gf) indicates a gluten free menu item. Vegetarian and Vegan options available at an additional charge.

If only hors d’oeuvres are being ordered (no meal), an additional $10.00/person plus tax and gratuity is added for labor, china and flatware rental. Minimum order of 4 dozen of each item unless otherwise noted.
